About Me
My name is Karen Lade.
I live in beautiful Cairns, Tropical North Queensland with my Family.
I am now in my 17th year of practice, & absolutely love what I do!
Helping people every day to Empower Themselves to Take Control of their Health + Achieve their optimum Health and Well-being is very rewarding.
My Journey started in the kitchen of Latrobe Regional Hospital in Victoria over 30 years ago, helping patients with special dietary requirements.
My Passion for food and Health continued, working in many different settings – from Managing the Kitchen at Camp Eden Health Retreat in the Gold Coast Hinterland, to Whole food stores, Pharmacy and Private practice.
