 APPLE CIDER VINEGAR & WEIGHT LOSS

 

Apple Cider Vinegar has been around for thousands of years, and has many amazing health benefits.

One of the Fantastic things about Apple Cider Vinegar is that it can help us to Lose Weight!

Weight Loss Benefits include:

  • Helps the body to remove excess fats
  • Helps Restore the bodies pH balance – allowing the body to absorb and utilize nutrients effectively
  • Helps with regular bowel movements
  • Helps to balance Blood Sugar levels – stop the cravings!
  • Clears plaque off the arteries
  • Helps digestion by stimulating our own digestive enzymes to break down the foods we eat
  • Helps with exercise recovery and re-hydration

 

When choosing your Apple cider vinegar be sure to get one which contains ‘The Mother’. This is the active ingredient of the vinegar, and means it has not been heat treated or filtered. Turn the bottle upside down and look for a brown sediment. Shake before use. I love Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar, but there are other good organic Apple Cider Vinegar’s around.

 

Directions for use:

  • First thing in the morning – 1 Tbsp. in a glass of water and sip (This will alkalize your body, and stimulate bowel movement)
  • Before heavy meals – 1 Tbsp in 1/2 glass water and sip before and during meal

 

* Fat Burning Salad dressing:

– 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 Tbsp. Organic Flax seed oil, 1 clove garlic (crushed), 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

* Shake in a jar and add to your meal. This is a great fat burning dressing – lowers cholesterol, stimulates circulation, and is great for               your heart!

 

* For a great re-hydration formula:

– 1 glass water

– 1 Tbsp. Apple cider Vinegar, 1 Tbsp. raw honey, 1/2 tsp. Himalayan or Celtic salt

* Stir and drink
