APPLE CIDER VINEGAR & WEIGHT LOSS
Apple Cider Vinegar has been around for thousands of years, and has many amazing health benefits.

Turn the bottle upside down and look for a brown sediment. Shake before use. I love Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar, but there are other good organic Apple Cider Vinegar’s around.
Directions for use:
- First thing in the morning – 1 Tbsp. in a glass of water and sip (This will alkalize your body, and stimulate bowel movement)
- Before heavy meals – 1 Tbsp in 1/2 glass water and sip before and during meal
* Fat Burning Salad dressing:
– 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 Tbsp. Organic Flax seed oil, 1 clove garlic (crushed), 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
* Shake in a jar and add to your meal. This is a great fat burning dressing – lowers cholesterol, stimulates circulation, and is great for your heart!
* For a great re-hydration formula:
– 1 glass water
– 1 Tbsp. Apple cider Vinegar, 1 Tbsp. raw honey, 1/2 tsp. Himalayan or Celtic salt
* Stir and drink
